Falling For A 1950s Pill Box Hat

The leaves on the tree outside my office window are the exact color of the gorgeous feathers atop this lovely pill box hat.
Sadly the shop this lovely was purchased closed in 1967!
This 1950s slouched pill box hat is straight from the French Room at Scruggs, Vandervoort and Barney. The body is made of soft and fuzzy delicious brown felt and has a dainty thin taupe rope detail along the edge.
Oh but the best part of this hat…The gorgeous deep range feathers!
