My favorite find is a 1960s Gray Persian Lamb coat with a white fur collar. It was 20 bucks at an antique store. It’s got a bit of a swing to it and I feel cool when I wear it.

My most prized vintage item is a pair of Dingo cowgirl boots my aunt gave me that she used to wear in Denver in the 1970s. They’re the coolest, and mean so much to me. I’ll never get rid of them. :)

My best vintage find was my great grandmother’s portable typewriter, which I found in my parent’s dining room. I can’t believe they never told me!!!

I think a cute little vintage wind up bunny rabbit with beautiful white fur (hopefully not real fur). It sold immediately. IT WAS SOOOO CUTE AND OLD.

I found a 1950s Sax 5th Avenue designer dress in a thrift store in San Francisco in 1991. When I bought it I had no idea why I wanted it, but had to have it. Then I sent it back to England and 4 years later it was worn as a bridesmaid dress at my wedding.

I’d have to say that my radio is my most loved vintage item. It’s an old brown and cream “plastic bullet” with a dial that illuminates when turned on. I got it at an antique store in Kentucky for $4! It’s kept me company so many times and feel lucky to have it.

my fave vintage item…well, have a vintage 1970′s brunette kenner blythe doll. i adopted her in 2000 on ebay for $400.00. she’s worth over $2000.00 now. But i’ll never sell her. She is the cutest, most precious little doll friend/daughter a girl like like me could ask for. Her huge eyes change to 4 different colors. She has a big round gorgeous face, and a teeny tiny body. I have a gazillion different outfits for her and she keeps me company when we’re at home together with the dogs and her other doll sisters. she’s the best of the best!

My favorite vintage find is a custom-made, space-age green Jackie-O dress I bought for $2.49 at a Goodwill. It’s been my go-to party dress for years and no one can believe it’s vintage! It’s hard to choose between my dresses, but that’s the one for me!

A set of vintage turkish tea glasses left by my great grand-father (He passed away 3 years ago at the age of 104!) After he passed away, he left a house full of old treasures… the tea glasses were definitely my personal favorite! =) He used to the head chef on a cruise liner which toured the world and I have been eyeballing it since I was a little kid. I didn’t knew anything about vintage then except for the fact that they were the most beautiful colored little glasses ever with intricate designs.

One of my most prized vintage posessions is a 1930s napkins I bought from a vintage store a long time ago . It has a floral design on it and I like the details on it . There is something special about vintage that you can’t find in clothing and things nowadays .

What a difficult question! Undoubtedly my most prized vintage possession is my house, which is over 100 years old and just so plain on the outside, but with many marvellous nooks & crannies on the inside, and weird finds in the attic, and the basement (and doubtelss inside the walls, if I ever get that far!) It has really old (modest) wallpaper still affixed in the closets. It has beautiful moldings and strange loayouts and a million untold stories I wish I could unlock. Does my house count? If not then it’s my awesome rhinestone eyeglasses which are just too fancy to wear everyday, but that doesn’t stop me!

This is a tough one! My favorite vintage find to date has to be my personal set of silver ombre vintage roly poly tumblers. I found them out thrifting for a STEAL. They are in perfect condition with hardly a scratch in the silver….very 60′s/Mad Men.

My favourite vintage find has got to be a beautiful black and grey scarf that used to belong to my grandmother. I found it while searching through my mom’s closet one day. My grandma used to wear it around her neck when she had a sore throat. It smelled faintly of peppermint for the longest time.

My most prized vintage find is my mother’s charm bracelet. She was killed by a drunk driver when I was only 5 years old & I can’t even begin to describe just how much that bracelet means to me. There are so many wonderful memories attached to it… like her sweet 16 charm, graduation charm and the replica wedding set my father gave her. It is truly special and a one of a kind… just like her. :)

My most prized vintage find is a beautiful Lilly Pulitzer dress… It means a lot to me because she is my favorite designer, and I’ll soon be going to college in the South, so I’m excited to show it off :)

My favorite vintage find is a 1970s bracelet given to me by my mom. It’s about 1/2 wide, gold mesh, with butterflies and round stones in lovely shades of turquoise. It’s gorgeous, looks great mixed with modern pieces, and reminds me so much of her when I wear it.

My most prized vintage item is a black 1950′s Squaw dress with silver trim that was given to me by my grandmother. It means a lot to me because though my grandfather was working three jobs at the time to support his family, he managed to save up enough money to buy it for her. There’s a lot of sentimental value in that beautiful dress.

Nerdy but my most cherished vintage find is an old dictionary, “Websters Collegiate Dictionary Thin Paper Edition DeLuxe” from 1898.
